Is a Fire Retardant Self Supporting Synthetic Building Underlay for the use under all claddings.Consisting of a microporous water resistant film, sandwiched between two layers of mould and shrink resistant Spun-Bonded Polyolefin. It is intended as an alternative to kraft paper Roofing Underlays, which are fixed over timber or steel frammed roofs in order to limit the entry of wind into the roof cavity and to assist in the moisture management of the cladding system.
Key Features
Advantages
Can be used in direct fix or cavity fix for roof or wall construction. Is more stable amd more shrink resistant than kraft based products.May be installed during adverse (rain/snow) without affecting duribility or performanceWill not increase risk of condensation as compared to comparable kraft Underlays.Has an Edge Tear greater tha 300NHas a 150mm lap line printed on each edge.
